Welcome to Wit & Rebellion. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://witandrebellion.com, including all purchases, products, content, services, and communications offered by Wit & Rebellion LLC.


By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to emails or SMS messages, submitting content, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase from the store.

This website is operated by Wit & Rebellion LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.


Throughout these Terms, “Wit & Rebellion,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wit & Rebellion LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, user, or purchaser.


2. Brand Style and Product Content


Wit & Rebellion sells apparel, accessories, stickers, and related products that may include sarcasm, profanity, satire, adult humor, political commentary, social commentary, parody-inspired expression, or intentionally provocative language.


By browsing or purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that some content may not be suitable for every workplace, school, public setting, family event, church picnic, corporate retreat, or fragile dinner table.


You are responsible for reviewing product images, descriptions, sizing, wording, and content before purchasing.


Offense, regret, changed opinion, or someone else not finding the joke funny does not make a product defective.


3. Eligibility


You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website or make a purchase.


Products containing mature language, adult themes, or explicit wording are intended for adults or customers purchasing with appropriate consent.

4. Products Are Made to Order


Many Wit & Rebellion products are made to order through print-on-demand, embroidery, decoration, fulfillment, or production partners, including but not limited to Apliiq and Printful.


Because products may be custom produced after purchase, your order may enter production quickly. Once production begins, we may be unable to cancel, modify, resize, recolor, redirect, or refund the order except as required by law or as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.


5. Product Descriptions, Colors, and Sizing


We work to display products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device screen, monitor, printer, lighting, or imagination will display colors, textures, scale, placement, or contrast perfectly.


You acknowledge that:


  • Minor color variation may occur.
  • Placement, print size, embroidery location, stitching, texture, and garment fit may vary slightly.
  • Apparel sizing varies by garment type, manufacturer, cut, wash, fabric, and body shape.
  • Size charts are guidance, not a divine prophecy.
  • Product mockups are visual representations and may differ slightly from the final physical product.


You are responsible for reviewing size charts and product details before ordering.


6. Pricing and Availability


Prices, product availability, designs, descriptions, shipping rates, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.


We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing mistakes, or availability issues even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order due to an error, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.


7. Orders and Payment


By placing an order, you represent that:


  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • You understand the product content, sizing, fulfillment method, and shipping terms.
  • You agree to pay all charges, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.


We may cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment use, abuse, resale abuse, policy manipulation, or violation of these Terms.


8. Order Changes and Cancellations


Because many products are made to order, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.


You may request a cancellation or change by emailing support@witandrebellion.com as soon as possible after ordering. We will try to help, but if production has started, the order may no longer be cancelable or editable.


A cancellation request is not approved unless we confirm it in writing.


9. Shipping and Delivery


Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.


Production, fulfillment, carrier transit, holidays, weather, inventory issues, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.


If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the stated or expected timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including cancellation and refund when required.


Risk of loss may transfer to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided or as otherwise required by applicable law.


You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms.


Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Wrong color selected by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Changed mind
  • Misread product description
  • Dislike of fit where the item matches the size ordered
  • Offense taken to product wording or design
  • Customer failure to review mockup, wording, or product details
  • Event arriving too late when no guaranteed delivery date was purchased or promised


We will review claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items according to our Refund & Return Policy.


11. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards


Discount codes, promotions, bundles, giveaways, store credits, and gift cards may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.


Discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.


Promotions have no cash value unless required by law.


12. User Content, Reviews, and Submissions


If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, social media tags, ideas, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Wit & Rebellion LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, publish, repost, edit, and distribute that content for marketing, website, social media, advertising, product, and promotional purposes.

We may remove, edit, decline, or refuse to publish user content at our discretion.
